"Helpful, but a little slow"
Customer service did get back to me and answered my question in the end, but it took longer than I was expecting. I had to follow up once, which was a bit annoying. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just felt "average" to me.

"Solar feed-in is decent, but support took a while"
I got my solar set up with AGL and the feed-in rate is okay, nothing too exciting. The support team did eventually help me out, but it took a few calls and a fair bit of waiting, which felt frustrating because I was kind of pressured to get everything sorted quickly. Overall, it was an average experience.

Signing up with AGL was smooth. The rates and contract details were easy to understand upfront, and nothing felt buried in the fine print. I really value that kind of honesty, especially with energy plans. So far, everything has matched what they said it would, which feels like good value to me

Keeping up with meter readings and checking my usage has been reaaally easy. Everything is simple to follow, so I don’t have to overthink it.

Not gonna lie, everything was mostly right, but I did run into one small billing mix-up. It wasn’t a huge deal, just something that needed a quick fix.

I had a complaint and thought it would turn into big hassle, but they dealt with it quick. It got fixed without too much back and forth, so I’m happy enough now.

"Decent app, but the account pages feel slow"
I’ve been using the app and overall it does what I need, but the login and account sections can get annoying. Most of the app runs fine, but whenever I have to sign in or manage my account, it feels like things lag or take longer than they should

"They got the power connected on..."
They got the power connected on the day they promised, so no complaints there. The only annoying part was getting the old place disconnected, which took a few phone calls to sort out. I kind of got the feeling the request may have been sitting in a queue somewhere, but who knows. Overall it wasn’t a huge drama, just a bit messy and frustrating.

"Refund took longer than expected"
I accidentally paid twice, which was on me, haha, but the refund ended up taking way longer than I expected. Support was polite, but they just kept telling me to wait a few more days, so it got frustrating after a while.

"Pretty decent value, surprisingly enough"
I’ve been with AGL for a while now, the prices seem fair compared to a few others I looked at. The bills are easy to understand too, which is a nice little miracle in the world of utilities. For what I use, it feels like decent value.
